Improve order fulfillment speed by optimizing picking and packing workflow in warehouse
Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist
Order Fulfillment: Locate and pull electrical inventory using a barcode scanner and pick lists.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts to navigate aisles.
Packing & Staging: Build, shrink-wrap, and label orders for shipment or will-call, and deliver to the designated loading dock.
Inventory Control: Verify material counts, assist in cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
Yard & Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Typically 6+ months of recent warehouse or electric pallet jack/forklift experience.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and routinely lift and load heavy electrical supplies (up to 50 lbs).
Basic Qualifications: Basic math and reading skills to accurately follow pick tickets and read product codes.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and warehouse management software is highly preferred.
