Part Time General Maintenance Associate

We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our location clean, safe, and in good working order. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things and working independently.

Part Time General Maintenance Associate Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 22.00 / hour
  • Part Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)
  • Part Time Schedule
  • Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the minor maintenance, repair and upkeep of the interior or exterior of the Neas House and the Warehime-Myers Mansion and buildings.
  • Identifies building maintenance needs and has an understanding of historic restorations.
  • Follows up to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed by outside contractors.
  • Performs walk throughs of the facilities to identify maintenance repairs that can be addressed by minor repair or referral to outside contractors.
  • Assists with set-up/tear down for events

Part Time General Maintenance Associate Qualifications:

  • Preferred Maintenance Experience
  • Must be okay with being on call/Part-time work.
  • Must be okay to lift 50 IBS, and bend/stand for 8 hours at a time.
  • Must be okay with working alone
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
