Job Description

Repair and finish precast concrete panels across multiple job sites while traveling regionally

Construction Laborer / Patcher

Looking for a job where you can travel, stay active, and work with your hands? We're hiring patchers to repair and finish precast concrete panels on job sites. This is a solid role if you've got construction experience and don't mind being on the road.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Repair and patch precast concrete panels (holes, cracks, surface defects)
  • Work with brick panels and learn tuckpointing
  • Cut and modify openings for windows, outlets, and other features
  • Use hand tools and power tools for finishing work
  • Travel with a partner to job sites across the region
  • Keep job sites clean and work safely

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years construction experience (concrete or carpentry)
  • Comfortable lifting 50–100 lbs
  • Experience with tools and jobsite work
  • Willing to travel regularly
  • Reliable and ready to work outdoors

Bonus Skills

  • Tuckpointing experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Commercial construction experience
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
