Job Description

Support field operations by optimizing scheduling and talent sourcing to boost engagement.

Identify and address potential barriers related to scheduling, bench management, and employee conversion, Research local markets to identify effective talent sourcing opportunities, Conduct site visits to communicate and promote employee referral programs, Follow up on employee referrals to improve engagement and hiring conversion, Engage with field teams to identify training and development opportunities
