We're seeking dependable Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Tiffany Springs, MO! This is a recurring project that runs for 2 weeks each month, offering flexible opportunities on 1st, 2nd, or weekend 3rd shift. Experience with order picking, packing, fulfillment, or Pick-to-Light systems is a plus, but we're willing to train reliable individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a team-first attitude. Picker/Packer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform order fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Utilize a conveyor belt Pick-to-Light system to accurately select and process customer orders
• Meet productivity expectations of 5 orders per minute while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Stack, sort, and organize products and boxes for efficient workflow and shipment preparation
• Conduct visual inspections and audits to ensure order accuracy and product quality
• Package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Follow all safety procedures and established operational processes
• Assist with warehouse functions, including collating, sorting, filling, toting, and inventory movement as needed

Picker/Packer Requirements:

• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures and work instructions
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift
• Ability to regularly and consistently lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, stretch, reach, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to climb stairs and safely navigate warehouse work areas
• Prior warehouse, order picking, Pick-to-Light, packaging, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required
