Maintain front desk operations and support security-sensitive reception for the Austin office
Receptionist – Part-Time
We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Austin office. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent professionalism, and the ability to handle a high-profile client environment with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage check-in/check-out via eWelcome system
- Issue and manage visitor & employee badges
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Handle mail, deliveries, and FedEx shipments
- Support meetings (lunch orders, reservations, etc.)
- Manage conference room schedules via Outlook
- Update employee distribution lists
- Report facilities issues through ticket system (CBRE)
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication & emotional maturity
- Professional, modest, and polished appearance
- Comfortable in a security-focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must have U.S. or Dual Citizenship and be eligible for post-hire clearance (CFIUS / Department of Treasury)
