Implement comprehensive onboarding and employee engagement programs at the Mount Juliet plant
HR Generalist
Contract: 12 months Schedule: On-site only in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

What will you do?
- Support and drive human resources people initiatives in the Smyrna, TN ClientPlant.
- Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives.
- Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross functional plant teams including One Voice and Diversity and Inclusion.
- Be a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support.
- Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including internal and external recruitment, career fairs and employee event engagement.
What qualifications will make you successful?

- Enjoy working with others within a career in Human Resources.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field of study.
- Experience or interest in Project Management.
- Preferred experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft360.
