Job Description

Oversee QA workflow and ensure timely material flow in Carlisle Co-Packing facility.

System & Inventory Tracking, Floor Coordination & Delegation, Team Leadership: Direct and delegate daily tasks to a team of up to 15 operators, Material Flow: Coordinate with Co-Pack Line Leaders to ensure materials are consistently available for production lines, Logistics: Oversee product movement into the area, transfer finished goods to the pallet wrapper, and ensure final put-away into warehouse locations
