Quality Technician – El Paso, TX
This position is field-based and requires working outdoors while partnering closely with construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Perform in-process and final inspections across civil, structural, and electrical scopes to ensure installations meet quality standards, Conduct field inspections outdoors and partner with construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues, Inspect predrilled hole locations, pile installations, galvanized materials, racking torque values, trench depths, cable installations, backfill, and routing, Walk solar arrays to verify installation and proper practices, Document findings, non-conformances, and maintain photo documentation; follow QA and safety protocols
