Receptionist

Performs administrative, office support activities and customer service. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, processing billing payments, texting and emailing late pay notifications, helping customers with driver monitor discount setup, and digital filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. A great phone voice and cheerful disposition when dealing with customers is a must. Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening

Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
