Manage patient check-in, scheduling chemotherapy and ancillary procedures to ensure smooth Cancer Center operations daily.
Receptionist/Scheduler – Temple University Hospital, Cancer Center
Performs check-in and check-out functions in the Cancer Center in addition to scheduling chemotherapy and ancillary procedures. Greets patients and family members in a welcoming manner and works as part of a team to provide a good patient experience. Customer service is a key component of all duties.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience: 2 years experience in a secretarial or clerical/general office position Required 1 year experience in IDX, EPIC, Chemotherapy Scheduling Preferred 1 year experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
