Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic aero and defense location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help support security-related operations through visible presence and strong communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the opportunity to serve with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM Sun 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related issues.
  • Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee entry in accordance with site protocols, helping to support controlled access to restricted areas.
  • Assist with incident response, evacuation support, and/or other site emergency activities while maintaining clear communication with supervisors, employees, and local responders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
