What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hospitality location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, guest-access areas, common spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, support visitor and vendor entry procedures, and communicate with site contacts regarding unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Assist with crowd management, wayfinding, and customer assistance during busy periods, special events, and/or property operations while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
