We are currently hiring experienced and professional Full-Time Servers to join our growing team at Zoi Mediterranean for both our Upper East Side and NoMad locations.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality, understand elevated dining service, and can create a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience during both lunch and dinner service.

Position Type:

• Full-Time
• Lunch and/or Dinner Shifts Available
• Flexible schedule preferred
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced Mediterranean dining environment
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections professionally
• Deliver accurate and attentive table service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining sections throughout service
• Coordinate effectively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain high standards of presentation, hospitality, and teamwork
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties
• Follow all restaurant service standards and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant required
• Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• NYC restaurant experience preferred

Compensation Details:

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 – $30.00)
