Your Responsibilities:
- Generate repair orders for all inbound auction units.
- Inspect repair needs using inspection reports, technician recommendations, and vehicle history.
- Prepare complete repair estimates for internal dealership approval.
- Coordinate workflow between technicians, the parts department, and dealership personnel.
- Monitor vehicle repair status and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure repair estimates are accurate and complete before work begins.
- Collaborate with Parts, Purchasing, Transportation, and dealership personnel to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
- Maintain strong communication with all dealership locations.
- Meet established goals for cycle time, estimate accuracy, and productivity.
- Stay informed on manufacturer repair procedures and internal reconditioning standards.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong automotive mechanical knowledge
- Previous Service Advisor or Technician Experience preferred
