Own the on-site maintenance and repair of skill gaming devices across the Columbus region

Respond to service calls for equipment repairs prioritizing urgency and location, Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs of electronic skill devices and equipment, Install, inspect, and test electronic gaming devices, hardware, equipment, and associated systems, Interact with clerks, management, and customers to resolve issues, Complete documentation for device entry and logs
