Process shipments and manage inventory to ensure accurate counts and on-time deliveries

Hardware Programming Technician

Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications: Experience in warehousing, production, or logistics environments a plus. Review Sales Orders to ensure completeness of order before programming. Program payment devices using defined Terminal Management Systems and processes. Perform standard validation checks to confirm correct configuration. Report system errors or issues to leadership in a timely manner. Print and apply required labels and documentation. Assist with packaging, kit contents, and shipment preparation. Ensure final order contents match Sales Order lines. Support daily production Service Level Targets as directed. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area. Follow all company policies and PCI security procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Basic computer skills. Familiarity with labeling or shipping tools/requirements. Basic knowledge of order management workflows. Ability to complete step-by-step instructions for multiple hardware products. Good organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Job Summary: The Hardware Programming Technician is responsible for executing technical configuration, programming, and deployment of Class A payment devices in alignment with customer Sales Orders. This entry-level role focuses on accuracy, following established procedures, and supporting daily production activities within a fast-paced technical operations environment.

Responsibilities: Responsible for performing tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, and management of materials, supplies and equipment. Receives and prepares incoming materials for input into inventory. Verifies the quantity and condition of materials. Loads/unloads boxes, pallets, etc onto truck for delivery. Prepares records of goods shipped and received, maintains accurate inventory count and resolves discrepancies via appropriate computer program. Sorts and places materials on rack or shelves according to predetermined sequence. Assists in performing physical inventory to ensure adequate stocking levels. May call vendors or suppliers for quotes and estimated delivery schedules. Utilizes appropriate method of identification for labeling materials; i.e bar codes. Issues purchase orders for material purchases. May prepare parcels for mailing or pallets for outbound shipping. Maintains a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and work area, which may include basic janitorial duties.
