Bartender – Sports Bar

We are seeking an experienced Bartender for our Sports Bar, Bonnie and Clyde's.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner

– Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their overall experience

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment

– Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed

– Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

– Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly

– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high volume hotel bar or full service restaurant

– Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and spirits

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

– Valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
