Own end-to-end staffing account management for Miami clients from sourcing to placement

Staffing Account Manager — Hybrid

PrideStaff Miami is seeking a motivated Staffing Account Manager with experience in recruiting, client service, sales, and relationship management. This role manages the full staffing process, from developing client relationships and recruiting candidates to placement and ongoing account support.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and interview candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and PrideStaff's internal CRM.
  • Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and associates.
  • Manage job orders and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop new business through outbound calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Resolve client or employee concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers, onboarding, and assignment follow-up.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, account management, or business development.
  • Staffing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM or applicant-tracking systems.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and team-oriented.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 Per Year
