Improve accuracy and speed of fulfillment process for Brainerd distribution center
Flex Temp Fulfillment
The Flex Temp Fulfillment position may be responsible for picking product, verifying product that has already been picked and/or comparing it to the pick ticket. They may be responsible for checking quantities, titles and ISBN #'s that are on the pick ticket.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Check containers for damage, confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
- Move completed orders to shipping area.
- Confirm book titles, ISBN # and quantity of books matches the pick ticket.
- Identify each tub or cart of books with the last three digits of the pick ticket and the quantity of carts or tubs (1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.)
- Checking and packing orders for any "LTL's" (less than truck load).
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity & professionalism.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Safety shoes required
