Job Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: To operate and maintain Tiger Transit shuttle vehicles transporting faculty, staff, students and visitors to campus. Other Duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES: 80% – Essential – Transport visitors, faculty, staff and students in handicap accessible van and cutaway buses 10% – Essential – Provides maintenance checks of vehicles. 5% – Essential – Maintains records of passengers transported and miles driven with paper and electronic devices. 5% – Essential – Serves as ambassador for Parking and Transportation Services in public relation initiatives.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Education – Experience in the operation or maintenance of heavy equipment, motorized vehicles or machinery that directly relates to area of employment Licenses – Drivers License Class D normal < 26,000

Education – High School or Equivalent Work experience – 6 months
