Operate and optimize the receiving and stocking process to support timely order fulfillment
Warehouse Associate
The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and unloading carriers, delivering packages, pulling orders and putting material away as needed. You must have a great eye for detail, basic math skills and knowledge of ERP systems for entering and receiving purchase orders.
Job Overview
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts to safely unload carriers.
- Capable of inspecting deliveries for damages, and discrepancies and notifies Purchasing and Quality departments of any issues.
- Experience in inventory management, storekeeping, and stockroom operations for handling mechanical and electrical components.
- Must be able to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration of task.
- Working knowledge of computer programs for the receipt of purchased goods.
- Process paperwork and complete all necessary transactions according to established procedures.
- Deliver items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items.
- Pick and pack sales orders, work orders and kits for production floor daily.
- The ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What will help you thrive in this role?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of previous warehouse or stockroom experience
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
- Good communication skills for interfacing with carriers, internal customers & management
- Must be able to lift or pull objects up to 50+ lbs. with or without accommodation
- Energetic with team oriented attitude
- Experience using ERP systems, MS Word, MS Excel, outlook and email
- Must work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks
