Seeking Warehouse Workers for client warehouse location in Omaha, NE! Starts ASAP!

Pay rate is $17.00/hour (increase at hire-on based on performance) Contract: 520 hours to hire on. This is 1st shift 8:00-5:00PM (OT: will periodically work over shift as needed.) Lunch – 1 hour (1/2 hour unpaid).

Essential Job Duties – Boxing and packaging automotive parts (HEAVY) – Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence. – Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas. – Comply with established company policies and procedures. – Assumes other duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements – High School Diploma/GED. – Warehouse, or similar, work environment, prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Ability to use RF gun or learn quickly – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. – Basic computer skills. – Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. – Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures. – Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved. – Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager. – Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment – Must regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). – Must physically be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. This is a physical job! – Must be OK with extreme temps (hot in summer, colder in winter).
