Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50/hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Ensure the consistent and smooth flow of organic materials through shaker systems.
• Communicate effectively with heavy equipment operators to ensure shakers are filled promptly.
• Perform essential housekeeping duties, including scraping, sweeping, and shoveling, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Accurately stack bags as required.
• Provide general assistance and support to the foreman as directed.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Proven ability to repetitively lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a material handling or general warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including full 8-hour shifts. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Work is performed in a dusty industrial setting.
• Exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy weather.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously for long durations.

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.
